|Just outside the Zephyrhills
city limits, we are centrally located to many of the
features that Florida living has to offer. We are
a short drive to grocery stores, shopping malls,
restaurants, flea markets, entertainment and other
activities, not only in Zephyrhills, but in Wesley
Chapel and New Tampa. You can be in the Tampa area
within 30 minutes, the beaches of the Gulf Coast in
about an hour and Orlando in an hour-and-a-half.
Cultural and sporting events abound in these areas and
baseball fans will enjoy the fact that numerous spring
training camps are located nearby.
Water Permit Issue Update
This message is to inform all the TVHOA
members of where we are with the lengthy process of
getting our Water Permit reissued. Al Burnett (our
consultant) has been working diligently compiling for
Swiftmud all the required documentation to secure the
reinstatement of Tippecanoe's water permit. The
first deadline was July 18, but it was then extended to
October 16, to allow the additional time needed to
prepare the paperwork.
I realize we would all like more conclusive news but for
now this is all I have to report.
Hope everyone is having a safe, healthy, and happy
Beth Caro/TVHOA Board President
This just in ... taken from the Official
E-Newsletter of Florida State Representative Danny Burgess.
Based on the most recent weather radar, it looks like there will
be another tropical system affecting Pasco County this upcoming
week, especially Wednesday and Thursday.
While we are not yet sure about the strength of this system or
how much of an impact it will have on our community, it is
always important to be prepared, especially during
hurricane season. In this newsletter, I've included the latest
information that Pasco County has about the storm, as well as
some important contact information.
My office is here to help, and please do not hesitate to contact
if I can ever be of assistance. Please be safe. It is an honor
to serve you in the Florida House.
